Collects the education and work history from the foreign national to ensure they align with the employer's requirements for the offered position.
PREVAILING WAGE REQUEST/DETERMINATIONS
Conducts telephone conference with all parties to go over the process and answer any questions. Researches likely OES codes/levels to avoid wage issues. Files the request after the details have been finalized and approved. Files redetermination requests as needed.
ACTIVE RECRUITMENT
Handles every aspect of the recruitment campaign from opening the job order with the state workforce agency to placing the Sunday advertisements. Drafts templates for the NOF plus assists with the placement of the three alternate recruitment efforts.
COOLING OFF PERIOD
Tracks recruitment dates and deadlines. Gathers recruitment documentation. Reviews applicant interview records for disqualification. Prepares recruitment summary.
FILING OF THE 9089
Drafts the PERM form and reviews for audit triggers. Files the application online with the DOL once reviewed. Handles audits, supervised recruitment cases, appeals, and reconsideration requests as needed.
Consulting & training
Provides consulting services to assist with your PERM process including best practices on how to handle the case from preparation through filing. The labor certification application process can be quite overwhelming and sometimes cumbersome. We can help keep you on the right track.
